Of steady-state peak · modeled plasma level, right now
The ladder so far
Protein, steps and water, against targets that move with your training
Read from your log, not from a template
Your own log, looked at properly
Observations from the numbers you logged. Not medical advice.
Rotation, and the sites you are hitting too often
Per dose, per week, per pound
Every compound you are running, on one clock
One vial, several peptides. Put in what the vial actually holds of each, the amounts, not a ratio, and every dose is split the same way. The curve uses the slowest component, because that is what decides when the mixture reaches steady state, and each component is drawn on its own on the Levels screen.
The published library will always be behind what people actually run. Add anything with its own numbers, it will be marked as yours everywhere it appears, and in the record, so nobody mistakes it for published data.
Each compound against its own steady-state peak, different molecules are not comparable in mg
What the combined schedule actually collides with
Every diluent volume from 0.5 to 5.0 mL, scored on where the plunger actually lands
Splitting a weekly total, what the ester actually weighs, how long the vial lasts
The Vermeulen calculation, with what it gets wrong stated up front
What is in the vial, what lands in the syringe, and what the labels actually say
One-compartment model, first-order absorption, superposed across every dose you logged
Smoothed trend, and a regression that admits when it can't tell
,
The number the scale can't give you and no other tracker shows
Weight is not typed here, it comes from your weigh-ins, first and latest. Log one on Today.
Eighteen sites, each one saying where, a measurement taken differently twice is noise
Two silhouettes and an ellipse, photogrammetry, and the app says so rather than calling it a 3D scan
Segmental lean mass and visceral fat, imported from the instrument that measured them, never estimated from a tape
The 2017 ACC/AHA bands, including the and/or nearly every app gets backwards
Three feasible weeks under your targets, choose one, shop it, log it
Search it, scan it, or one tap for what you usually eat
Built-in foods come from USDA FoodData Central, every entry read at exactly 100 g. Calories are the figure USDA publishes, not four-four-nine arithmetic on the macros, USDA uses food-specific factors, and recomputing would overstate vegetables by about a tenth and give neat spirits zero.
Protein first, it decides how much of what comes off is muscle
,
Photograph the panel, it comes back as a food you can check and correct before it is saved
What you burn, measured from your own log once there is enough of it
What this week needs, by aisle, ticks and anything you add survive a swap
Favorites, colors, fasting, quantities, recipes and restaurant dishes
What each movement is, what it trains, and what goes wrong
Added to the same list the built-in ones live in, so everything downstream sees them
A barbell in a garage is not a barbell in a commercial gym
Four questions, the same four athlete monitoring has used since 1995
Against your own ordinary, because the raw number means nothing on its own
Beside your own answers, never averaged into them
Mood, energy, stress, digestion, cycle, travel and heart rate, each on a scale that says where it came from
How recovered each muscle is, and the two load figures the wearables report and no lifting app computes from the log
Pump, soreness and workload, read together, with soreness outranking the other two
Both numbers, the run unbroken, and the run with pauses held
Every note in the app, filterable by anything you wrote as #tag
While something is on this list, the program stops suggesting what loads it
DOTS and IPF GL, with exactly what they were built from
The ladder goes up because that is what was studied, coming down is yours to write
One number a day, put next to what you actually ate
What is left, how long it lasts at the schedule you are on, and when to order
Answered from your own rows, with the brief on the page so you can check it
The whole of it, nothing else is sent
A fixed set of operations an assistant can return, printed in full before anything is written
,
Built by you, from the library, start one now, put it on any day, or save a day you liked
Routines that need no equipment, timed, with the phone in your pocket
,
Before you opened the app, the four met about you
,
Weekly sets per muscle, from the sets you actually ticked
Estimated one-rep max per session, Epley, from the set you actually logged
Same pose, same light, same time of day, the scale lies for weeks at a time, this does not
,
Paste the report, every flag says why it might be nothing
Three markers, IGF-1, DHEA-S and PSA, have no honest single adult range. With a birth year they are read against your own age band instead of being left blank.
,
The shaded band is the interval it is being read against
Results are yours, they never leave this app unless you sign in and sync
Each answer says what it can and cannot tell you, with the records behind it
Everything you logged, with your notes, ready to print or hand to a clinician
A read-only page that expires, no account, no attachment, nothing to install
Sessions, doses, meetings and what you logged, month, week or the next two weeks
Once a week, the four coaches read the same two weeks and bring back one thing
Units, language, the theme and how much is said, nothing you have logged changes
Meals, water, the scale and your week, none of them fire for something already logged

Two-way, it reads what your phone knows and writes back what it doesn’t
Your name and what you let a crew see
You are tracking training and body composition. If you start a peptide, a GLP, TRT or a steroid, turn the protocol side on and the levels, mix solver, schedule and attribution appear.
Earned from your own logged numbers, nothing is given away
Up to eight people, one of them the trainer
Every member over 7, 30 and 90 days, counts, not a percentage of a plan nobody set
Six cards, feed or story, with or without a background, you choose what is on them; export, never a post made for you
One number leaves this device, the crew sees the score, not the log
Label escalation tables and trial protocols, every one cited, nothing invented
Including the shapes other trackers refuse
Steps advance on doses actually taken, so a hold or a skip never fake-promotes you to the next rung.
Take · skip · hold, all three, all handled
Your data lives on this device. The export is plain JSON, nothing here holds it hostage.
Attribution by modeled exposure, not by the nearest calendar entry
A reading taken on Saturday does not belong to Saturday. It belongs to whichever dose was actually driving your blood level at that moment, and with a 5-day half-life that is usually not the most recent one. This is the bug users report in the biggest app in the category. Here it is done properly: every reading is attributed to the dose contributing the largest share of modeled concentration at that instant.
| Reading | Weight | Dominant dose | Share | Naive answer |
